I’ve seen some people set goals to buy themselves something nice once they’ve lost a certain amount of weight. Does this truly help keep you motivated? I’m thinking about setting a type of goal like this for myself, but I’m not sure what I even want to be honest. I was thinking maybe a new pair of tennis shoes, or a new workout outfit, and maybe when I reach my goal, a huge shopping spree? Hm, not sure lol.
Any good recommendations?
