Holy cow. Did Day one of the 30 day shred and it kicked my BUTT. however, I feel amazing! All hyped up and ready to do some more! :D
Did I mention I had a few new goals?
Let me just fill everyone in ;)
1. I’m teetering right around 200. Sometimes I’m 203, and I’ll get back down to 198. (Water weight and bloating and all that jazz) And I’m hoping to hit my goal weight of 150 by October 27th so I can do the Color Run in Charlotte! :D (and who knows? maybe AGAIN in December in Orlando ;P)
2. I’m moving up from south FL to Charlotte, NC this summer. And I plan on going to visit the first week of June. So My new plan is to do the 30 day shred, P90X and maaaaybe fit some Insanity in there if I’ve got time. Just so I’m looking better than I do now when I go visit. I plan on getting a feel for Charlotte so I know what its like when I move there. (( If I’ve got any followers in the area, message me and let me know! :D)
3. I hope to be at my FIRST goal weight of 150 by the end of October, but I’m not stopping there. I plan to be down to my ULTIMATE goal weight of 130 by my 23rd Birthday (Jan 29th 2013)
I’m SO excited about everything thats happening in my life! SOOOO excited for my life to FINALLY begin <3
