UPDATES!!!!

Holy cow. Did Day one of the 30 day shred and it kicked my BUTT. however, I feel amazing! All hyped up and ready to do some more! :D 

Did I mention I had a few new goals?
Let me just fill everyone in ;)

1. I’m teetering right around 200. Sometimes I’m 203, and I’ll get back down to 198. (Water weight and bloating and all that jazz)  And I’m hoping to hit my goal weight of 150 by October 27th so I can do the Color Run in Charlotte! :D (and who knows? maybe AGAIN in December in Orlando ;P) 

2. I’m moving up from south FL to Charlotte, NC this summer. And I plan on going to visit the first week of June. So My new plan is to do the 30 day shred, P90X and maaaaybe fit some Insanity in there if I’ve got time. Just so I’m looking better than I do now when I go visit. I plan on getting a feel for Charlotte so I know what its like when I move there. (( If I’ve got any followers in the area, message me and let me know! :D) 

3. I hope to be at my FIRST goal weight of 150 by the end of October, but I’m not stopping there. I plan to be down to my ULTIMATE goal weight of 130 by my 23rd Birthday (Jan 29th 2013)

I’m SO excited about everything thats happening in my life! SOOOO excited for my life to FINALLY begin <3

8lbs down!!!

I weighed myself July 1st and was 234 which was my starting weight. August 10th I weighed myself again and I was 220. I weighed myself today and I am now 212!

YAY! 

Only 12lbs to go between now and Halloween til I reach my “halfway” mark! Then it’s 70lbs to go before I reach my ultimate goal!

Think I could try to lose a little more before Halloween? I’m going to try super hard! But as long as I get to 200 or under by Halloween, I’ll be super happy! 

Thank you so much for ALL the support and encouragement! Having this page and amazing followers like you all has given me SO much motivation and that extra “push” when I feel like giving up! So thank you SO much! You are all AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! <3

On a side note, today I started that 3 step workout that I posted last week, and it feels GREAT! I know I had a few followers who said they would join me in doing this workout, so I hope that anyone else who started it today feels as great and energized as I do! I really wish there was a way we could all do this workout together!

Question to my followers

I’ve seen some people set goals to buy themselves something nice once they’ve lost a certain amount of weight. Does this truly help keep you motivated? I’m thinking about setting a type of goal like this for myself, but I’m not sure what I even want to be honest. I was thinking maybe a new pair of tennis shoes, or a new workout outfit, and maybe when I reach my goal, a huge shopping spree? Hm, not sure lol.

 Any good recommendations?
