Weightloss so far in 2013

So while I’ve been slowly trying to lose weight, find a new place to live with my boyfriend, work full time in the pharmacy, LOTS of things have happened. Firstly, I had Gall Bladder removal surgery last week. And let me tell you, having a hospital phobia and being in that hell for 4 days AND having life/death surgery is NOT fun! I’ve had issues for years with my gallbladder and apparently when i had my last attack and actually endured getting it checked out at the hospital, turns out it was infected! so I could either wait for it to burst or possibly DIE, or get it removed. So I did that on the first. Sadly, It was no April Fools joke :( 

However, that being said, being on a yogurt/jello water diet for about 2 weeks made me lose 17lbs! So I’m down to 210! EXCITING! And sadly I can’t workout right now BECAUSE of my surgery but I’ve been pretty good about eating light/healthy. My stomach has DEFINITELY gotten smaller. I’ll post before/after pics next (including my new horrible scars) showing the difference. Hopefully I’ll be down to at LEAST 150 by Christmas! One can only hope! <3 Good Luck everyone! MIA- AGAIN!!

I’m SO sorry I haven’t been keeping this thing updated! Sadly, things haven’t been going great weight loss wise. I’m back up to 220lbs :( 

However, if you’ve read my profile, you’ll know that I’m Hypothyroid and my (stupid ass mother fuc-) doctor has NOT had me on the right dosage for 2 YEARS! So I’ve been fighting with him and I’ve JUST NOW (literally meaning, this weekend) been put on the right dose! So hopefully I’ll be better and actually be able to have a day that I’m not feeling like a drugged up zombie. 

Also, me and my boyfriend have been renovating our new place and have no internet as of yet, so its been really hard to keep this fitblr updated. 

So sorry to have been missing in action (AGAIN!) But hopefully with this right medication, I can get back to my weight loss goals!

Went out on a date day with my best friend &lt;3 I absolutely loved it. Sported a new &#8216;do today cause I was too lazy to straighten it, but I think I like this A LOT better! :)

Workin out!

Starting the 30 day shred tomorrow after work. Lord Help me lol. 

Also thinking about doing the 99/88/77 thing I posted a few days ago. Seems interesting and kinda simple.

Maybe one for the morning and the other later in the day?

Or go back and forth between the 2 for the 30 days?

Whatcha think? I’d like to get as much workout sessions in as I can before I leave for Christmas on Friday.

$10 at Ross! and a size 13! I used to be 14/16 but now I&#8217;m a 13! whooo! 
I still have a little bit of weight to lose before it looks a bit better, but I wanna try and lose at least another 10-15lbs by my bday next month. 
Then I&#8217;ll be wearing this baby partying in downtown Orlandooooooo! ;D

Motivational buys? Goal Shopping ideas?

So I’ve seen that alot of the people I follow buy “prizes” for themselves once they reach a certain weight loss goal. 

and I think I want to start doing that :)

Since shopping is a weakness of mine, it’ll be a good motivational tool ;P

Its a hard list to come up with though! 

Im currently at 200lbs and I want to lose anywhere between 5-10 more before the end of the year. 

so for getting to 200 from 238, I’m going to buy myself a dress I found at Ross yesterday, it’s $10 and I HOPE will still be there tomorrow. lol

Let’s see….

180lbs- 2nd hole in ears pierced

165lbs- New purse :)

150lbs- Add on to my tattoo or get a new one

145lbs- 2 new pairs of shoes

130lbs (ultimate goal weight)- Entire new wardrobe!
